Gringos Mexican Smokehouse is proud to announce the installation of state-of-the-art electric vehicle charging stations in our customer car park. This exciting new addition includes one 47kW rapid charger and two 22kW standard chargers, making it easier than ever for our environmentally conscious patrons to enjoy our authentic Mexican cuisine and slow-smoked specialties while powering up their vehicles.
The new charging infrastructure is part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and customer service. Whether you’re stopping by for our signature slow-cooked smoked meats prepared in our “Fast Eddie” smoker, or indulging in traditional Mexican dishes, your vehicle can now recharge while you satisfy your hunger.
“We wanted to create a space where customers can enjoy all aspects of their visit,” says the management team at Gringos. “Now our guests can power up their vehicles while powering up with our flavorful dishes.”
As a special benefit for our loyal customers, Gringos is offering heavily subsidized charging rates for all dining patrons. This means you’ll pay significantly less than standard public charging rates when you visit us for a meal. Simply present your dining receipt when settling your charging fee to receive the special customer discount.
Since establishing our presence in London’s centre almost 15 years ago, Gringos has continually evolved to meet the needs of our community. The installation of these EV chargers represents our latest step in supporting sustainable transportation options for London residents and visitors.
The 47kW Autel EV rapid charger can provide substantial range to most electric vehicles in just the time it takes to enjoy a leisurely meal, while the two 22kW chargers offer convenient options for longer visits or when the rapid charger is occupied.
